• Management services and post-warranty authorized service of computer and office technology components and equipment Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of services and management of information and communication technology devices. In the event that the devices do not have extended service support purchased or valid from the device manufacturer, these devices are serviced through the network of official service partners of individual device manufacturers specified in Annex no. 2 of the framework agreement, throughout the territory of the Slovak Republic, who are authorized and have official spare parts of the manufacturer so that the functionality of the overall solution of the serviced devices and ICT components listed in the list of devices in attachment no. 2 of the framework agreement.
