• Management services and post-warranty authorized service of computer and office technology components and equipment Description: The subject of the order is the provision of services and management of information and communication technology equipment. In case they don't have the equipment purchased or valid extended support services from the device manufacturer, these devices are serviced through the network of official service partners of individual device manufacturers specified in Annex no. 2 of the framework agreement, throughout the territory of the Slovak Republic, who are authorized and have the manufacturer's official spare parts in order to ensure the functionality of the overall solution of serviced devices and ICT components listed in the list of devices in appendix no. 2 of the framework agreement.
