• Bleeding stop material Description: The subject of the order is: "Bleeding stop material" for the F. D. Roosevelt Faculty Hospital and Polyclinic in Bansk Bystrica, including related services - import and unloading of goods at the place of fulfillment, for a period of 36 months. The subject of the contract is divided into 8 parts depending on the required technical and functional parameters in the following scope: Part no. 1: Gelatin absorbable hemostatic agent - Gelatin sponge Part no. 2: Oxidized regenerated cellulosePart no. 3: Hemostatic agent with the use of thrombin Part no. 4: Praskove polysaccharide hemostatic agent with applicator Part no. 5: Pressure hemostatic patch Part no. 6: Oxidized regenerated cellulose for use in neurosurgery Part no. 7: Synthetic hydrogel adhesive Part no. 8: Gelatine haemostatic lyophilized kit The subject of the order must be new, unused, in the original packaging without any signs of damage or functional defects, with the minimum technical and functional parameters specified by the public procurer and must be specified for humane use. The offered object of the order must meet the defined specification. If the description and specification of the subject of the order contain information or references to a specific manufacturer, process, brand, trade name, type, it is possible to submit an offer with an equivalent product, but it must meet the minimum technical-medical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract, or it must have the same or better technical properties. All offered goods must comply with the relevant requirements set forth in EU legal regulations. Duration of the contractual relationship: 36 months for all parts The detailed definition of the subject of the contract is part "C - Description of the subject of the contract" of the tender documents and the annex to the tender documents - Description and specification of the subject of the contract for each part (Annex No. 1 of the Framework Agreement).
