Description:
The subject of the order is the analysis, design, implementation and delivery of a solution for migrating the organization's email environment to the Microsoft 365 platform, including the necessary configurations, security hardening, data migration and administrator training.
Technical specification of the order:
Scope of performance
Supplier is obliged to ensure in particular:
1. Analysis and solution proposal
oAnalysis of the existing on-premise environment (Active Directory, HCL Domino, network and security infrastructure).
o Development of a solution proposal, including architecture, schedule and migration strategy.
oDefinition of requirements for safe and stable transitions on M365.
2. Establishment and hardening of the M365 tenant
oCreation of the indprop.gov.sk tenant.
o Basic hardening in accordance with Microsoft Security Baseline recommendations and best practices.
oPreservation and use of the existing email domain @indprop.gov.sk and @upv.sk.
3. On-premise Active Directory and synchronization
oChecking and correcting identified deficiencies in AD (e.g. consistency, replication, object errors).
oInstallation, configuration and hardening of the Azure AD Connect tool.
oSynchronization of objects between AD and Azure AD.
4. Exchange Online
oInstallation, configuration and hardening of Exchange Online.
oSetting SMTP mail flow.
oImplementation of SSO for Outlook clients in a LAN environment.
oConfiguration of Azure MFA, Conditional Access, ActiveSync and Outlook on the web for clients from the public Internet network.
5. HCL Domino
oPreservation of the original HCL Domino solution for archive and selected needs use...
