- Narodna banka Slovenska (NBS) as the public contracting authority is planning a public procurement of a contract/concession, the subject of which will be the minting and sale of collectible euro coins with an investment character "BIATEC".
The NBS aims to honor significant the historical heritage of our country, remind the rich coin tradition of today's Bratislava area and bring the opportunity to invest in investment euro coins (collectors) issued by the National Bank of Slovakia. In general, these should be collector euro coins made of precious metals such as gold or silver (but also platinum or palladium), which serve primarily as an investment tool.
The aim of the market consultations is to present the planned intention of minting and selling investment euro collector coins and to listen to the opinion of the professional public, specifically to obtain expert feedback on the technical feasibility, production capacities, parameter optimization proposals, potential technological limits and possibilities of distribution and secondary sale of collector euro coins "BIATEC". Information obtained from economic entities in PTK will be used to determine the description of the subject of public procurement and setting the conditions of the competition.
In this context, the NBS invites authorized economic entities to participate in these PTK.
