- Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of sub-contracts entered in the established dynamic purchasing system will be the purchase and delivery of truck cranes commonly available on the market, while the performance based on this DNS will be carried out within the entire territory of the Slovak Republic for departments and facilities of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic and the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic. A mobile crane (mobile crane) means a universal mechanized means with a boom, a mobile lifting device mounted on the chassis of a truck intended for handling heavy loads, for various lifting tasks and work related to the movement of material, which are used in various sectors, especially in construction (e.g. assembly of steel structures, lifting of prefabricated parts, construction of bridges and buildings), industry (e.g. handling of heavy machinery and equipment, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment), energy (e.g. construction and maintenance of wind power plants, installation of transformers and other energy equipment) and logistics (e.g. loading and unloading containers, railway wagons, moving heavy loads in warehousing, ports and logistics centers). The subject of the contract will also include: - delivery of draft codification data for goods subject to the contract in accordance with STANAG 4177 a according to Act no. 11/2004 Coll. on defense standardization, codification and state verification of the quality of products and services for defense purposes, as amended by the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic...
