- The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 pcs of mobile intraoperative CT imaging robot with 3D navigation for the needs of the accident surgery department of the University Hospital with the policlinic of J. A. Reiman Prešov. The subject of the order must be new, unused and unrelated, in a flawless state and must match everyone the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic for the purposes of use in a medical facility.
An integral part of the contract is the transport of the subject of the contract to the agreed place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, handing over the written documents necessary to acquire ownership rights to the subject of the contract, granting user documentation for the subject of the contract, commissioning of the subject of the contract into operation (installation) with the issuance of a certificate of installation, training of the contracting authority staff on the correct use of the subject of the contract with the issue Name list of trained personnel of the contracting authority, as well as the provision or provision of warranty repairs in the event of defects of the subject of the contract during the warranty period. All written documents must be made in the Slovak language, respectively. Czech language.
