- Mobile intraoperative CT imaging robot with 3D navigation Description: The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 mobile intraoperative CT imaging robot with 3D navigation for the needs of the trauma surgery department of the Faculty Hospital with the J. A. Reiman polyclinic Press. The subject of the order must be new, unused and unrefurbished, in perfect condition and must meet all the requirements of the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic for the purpose of use in a medical facility. It is an integral part of the order transportation of the subject of the order to the agreed place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, handing over the written documents necessary for the acquisition of ownership rights to the subject of the order, providing user documentation for the subject of the order, specifying the subject orders for operation (installation) with the issuance of a certificate of installation, training of the public procurer's personnel on the correct use of the subject of the order with the issuance of a certificate of training containing a list of the trained personnel of the public procurer, as also providing or ensuring warranty repairs in the event of defects in the subject of the order during the warranty period. All written documents must be drawn up in the Slovak language, or Czech language. Including a detailed definition of the subject of the order of the prepared technical specifications and requirements of the public procurer for the subject of the contract consists of part B. Description of the subject of the contract and part C. Business terms of delivery of the subject of the contract.
