- 1.1 The subject of the contract is the supply of goods, namely a mobile scanning system for the control of road cargo and passenger transport with a power of 6/4 MeV and with the technology of "Backscatter" in the total number of 1 piece - it includes the supply of a scanner for the intensive control of goods, containers in transport using transmission radiation and X-rays with backscatter for the purpose of preventing the illegal transport of goods and persons and providing other services specified in the Specification of the subject of the contract of this part of the tender documents.
1.2 Together with the device, delivery of technical documentation in Slovak or Czech language (e.g. device operating instructions, certificate confirming device conformity with CE marking),
1.3 Provision of free warranty service:
-A warranty for the scanning system and the vehicle of which the system is a part is required for a duration of 10 years.
-Scanning system service and the vehicle is free of charge during the warranty period and is carried out within the scope and intervals specified or recommended by the equipment (vehicle) manufacturer.
1.4 Provision of a free, unlimited right of use to the service and evaluation software for the device in the form of a non-exclusive license in time and territory unlimited, including free software updates of the device during the expected lifetime of the device, but at least during 10 years from the delivery of the device,
