• Modernization and energy measures of the building of the dining room with a kitchen at ZS Sibirska - Kitchen-equipment Description: The subject of the order is the supply, installation and commissioning of kitchen equipment - technological gastro equipment in the space of the existing operation of ZS with MS Sibirska in Bratislava in accordance with the assignment. The space marked as "Kitchen" is marked in the floor plan as part of the overall modernization of the existing school kitchen and dining room building, which is located on the premises of the elementary school. Premises of kitchen operations are located in a detached building on an elevated ground. The building has a basement under the kitchen and dispensary, the kitchen is located here. The equipment in the kitchen is only partly new, the rest will be replaced. In the premises of the kitchen, dispensary and parts the construction reconstruction of the basement is planned, which will take place sub-monthly. As part of it, it is necessary to implement new connections according to the layout of the new gastro equipment to gas, electricity, water and waste. It is necessary with the supplier of the construction part coordinate the delivery of gastro equipment, coordinate the work schedule and provide efficiency for the correct determination of the technology connection to the distribution systems. The heat-carrying medium is electricity and gas. A detailed description is provided in the competition documents.
