Description:
Pursuant to the goal of modernizing the existing infrastructure, the City of Rača, in accordance with § 25 of the Act on Public Procurement, announced preparatory market consultations, because it considers it necessary to discuss selected aspects regarding the conditions of modernization and future use and sprexisting infrastructure. These are mainly aspects / questions:
-usable business potential of the existing infrastructure for the purpose of heat supply,
-investment project to modernize the infrastructure owned by the Municipality of Rač and subsequent infrastructure owned by third parties (future operatingcalf) a
-economic-legal aspects of the modernization and use of the infrastructure owned by the Rača Municipality
The aim of the PTK implemented by the Rača Municipality is to set up the prepared public procurement in a correct and transparent manner, the result of which will be the contracting of the future tenant / manager of the given infrastructure for pthe reward of observing the greatest possible long-term economy and efficiency.
Only relevant entities operating in the field of heat management can apply to participate in the consultations.
