- Implementation of construction work on the construction entitled "Modernization of the Railway Track Žilina - Košice, section of the Poprad Tatry (outside) - Krompachy. Part: A.2 Vydrnik (outside) - Markušovce (outside)".
Rebuilding The existing railway transport route in order to improve its technical equipment and usability by incorporating modern and progressive elements and thus improving its parameters. The construction must meet after the implementation of the requirement pursuant to Act no. 513/2009 Coll. on the orbits of the orbits and on the change and supplement of some Laws, as amended, Decree of MDPT SR no. 350/2010 Coll. on building and technical rules of railways, valid STN standards, EN standards and valid regulations of ŽSR.
The construction is divided into the following functionally interconnected comprehensive parts of the building (hereinafter referred to as "UČS"):
VRA 05 Track section Markušovce - ŽST Spišska Nova Ves
VRA 06 Track section Spišska Nova Ves - Tvri Spišske Tomašovce
VRA 07 Track section Spišske Tomašovce - Vydrnik
VRA 14 ŽST KRompachy-railway station Poprad-Tatry-radio system GSM-R and ETCS L2 (in the section UČS 5-12), Part A.2 radio system GSM-R and ETCS L2 in construction preparation for activation ETCS L2 part part A1
