• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the pre-project and project preparation of the construction entitled "Modernization of the line Košice (outside) - Čierna nad Tisou - št. hr. SK/UA" in the scope of: (i) part 1 - finalization of the technical solution for the EIA process; (ii) part 2 - development of documentation EIA in the scope of Information on the proposed activity and ensuring the issuance of a valid final opinion of the proposed activity and ensuring the related activity for the technical solution from part 1 [in the event that the competent authority finds that from the documentation it follows that the proposed activity may have a serious cross-border impact, the subject of the contract will also be the delivery of documents in accordance with the Convention on the Assessment of Environmental Impacts Transcending State Borders (Espoo Convention) and related activities associated with this by convention]; (iii) part 3 - development of project documentation at the stage of construction plan (SZP), construction project (PSP) in the details of the implementation project (VPP), including geodetic surveying (GZ) and securing the decision on the construction plan and verification construction project, in accordance with Act 25/2025 Coll.; ensuring the assessment of the PSP in the details of the VPP by the notified body and providing the confirmation of partial verification and partial declaration of conformity of the subsystem in accordance with the requirements and valid TSIs; provision of related engineering activities, provision of property and legal settlement of owners and provision of author's supervision over construction construction.
