• Modernization of the line Kosice (outside) - Čierna nad Tisou - st. Mr. SK/UA - pre-project and project preparation Description: The subject of the contract is the pre-project and project preparation of the building called "Modernization of the Kosice (outside) - Čierna nad Tisou - st. hr. SK/UA" line scope: (i) part 1 finalization of the technical solution for the EIA process; (ii) part 2 preparation of EIA documentation in the scope of Information on the proposed activity and ensuring the issuance of a valid final opinion on the proposed activity and ensuring related activities for the technical solution from part 1 [in the event that the relevant body finds that the documentation shows that the proposed activity may have a binding cross-border impact, the subject of the order will also be the delivery of documents in accordance with the Convention on Impact Assessment on the living environment of people crossing state borders (Espoo Convention) and related activities connected with this convention]; (iii) part 3 development of project documentation at the level of construction plan (SZP), construction project (PSP) in the details of the implementation project (VPP) including geodetic surveying (GZ) and ensuring the decision on the construction plan and verification of the construction project, in accordance with Act 25/2025 Coll.; ensuring the assessment of the PSP in the details of the VPP by the notified body and ensuring the partial confirmation verification and partial declaration of conformity of the subsystem in accordance with the requirements and valid TSIs; provision of related engineering activities, provision of property and legal settlement of the owners and provision of author's supervision over the construction of the building.
