• The subject of the contract is the development of an update of the project documentation in accordance with the Construction Act no. 25/2025 and related decrees at the level of Construction Plan and Construction Project with the details of the Implementation Project for "Modernization of selected sections of roads I. classes in the TT and NR regions, intersection I/13 and III/1394 - Medveđov", including the provision of engineering activities (binding opinions of managers of engineering networks, statements, decisions, consents, assessments or other measures of the concerned bodies of state administration, municipalities and other organizations), necessary for permission in the form of notification of construction objects, preparation of an update of the documentation for the offer, supervision of the designer over the construction of the building according to the submitted project documentation, namely by a professionally qualified a person according to Act no. 138/1992 Coll. on authorized architects and authorized construction engineers, as amended, with a professional focus on the required subject of the work throughout the construction period: "Modernization of selected sections Class I roads in the TT and NR regions, intersection I/13 and III/1394 - Medveďov".
