- Modernization of ice wagons for night transport Description: The subject of the contract is the modernization of Bmeer series passenger wagons (hereinafter also referred to as "passenger wagon", "OV") to ice wagons in a total number of ten (10) pieces of OV with the possibility of exercising the option for another ten (10) pieces OV. Passenger cars of the Bmeer series are OV series Bmee and Amee series produced in 1986/1987 at VEB Waggonbau Bautzen and modernized in 2006/2007. replacement of the brake system, bumpers, new central energy source, new heating, cooling and air conditioning control system, new vacuum toilets, new water and waste management, replacement of entry, front, transition interior doors and compartment doors, comprehensive modernization of the interior in order to install new elements and equip the compartments in accordance with the requirements for vehicles for night traffic, installation of a new information and communication system, camera system, equipment for fire detection, devices for counting passengers, devices for summoning help, new lighting, paints, etc. in accordance with valid TSI regulations, IRS, EN, STN technical standards, UIC declarations and legal regulations valid in the Slovak Republic, including sample in accordance with Act 513/2009 Coll. on railways and on the amendment and addition of some laws as amended by later regulations.
