• "Modifications in related facilities in ESt Levice, Veľky Ďur, Horna Zdaňa and Rimavska Sobota" - engineering and project activity Description: The subject of the order is the execution of work t. j. project and engineering activities for IPR "Modifications in related facilities in ESt Levice, Veľky Ďur, Horna Zdaňa and Rimavska Sobota" in the scope of: - provide input documents - item 3.3.1.1 of the UNIKA 2025 Tariff for proposing bid prices for project works and engineering activities, - develop the project structure, list PS and SO buildings, - ensure the performance of geodetic and cartographic services, - ensure the project preparation of the building for the construction procedure according to point 3.3.1.3 of the Tariff. - prepare the documentation of the construction plan in the details of the building project by an authorized designer including related activities to the extent necessary for the issuance of a decision on the construction plan, approved by the Client, - ensuring the issuance of the decision on the construction plan and ensuring the validity of the issued decision on the construction plan, - develop project documents for the selection of the contractor, stages: Construction project -1 - develop a draft schedule for the implementation of the Work (hereinafter referred to as "HMG") with regard to the annual shutdown plan, - develop Construction Project -2 on the basis of Construction Project -1 and according to the offer of the successful applicant with whom SEPS will conclude a ZoD for construction implementation, - ensuring the verification of the construction project - 2 by the relevant building office (verification clause), - preparing the Documentation of the actual construction of the building, - ensuring the execution of the professional author's supervision of the designer, participation in putting the work or part of it into operation, as well as participation in the trial operation of the work or part of it, - develop a safety and heal...
