• Description:
• The public contracting authority Žilina self-governing region is preparing a public procurement for the purchase, delivery and commissioning of two MR devices for its hospitals, which are within its scope of establishment. The public contracting authority wants to use preparatory of market consultations (hereinafter referred to as "PTK") to inform economic entities about the planned public procurement, to verify the reality, objectivity, adequacy of requirements for fulfillment, to specify the description of the subject of the contract with regard to the market offer and to determine the PHZ. Implementation of PTK in in accordance with § 25 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws will allow the public contracting authority to obtain a range of expected suitable suppliers on the market, to obtain an expert opinion on the reality and adequacy of the requirements of the public contracting authority, identify the market offer in the subject of the contract, define appropriate and relevant conditions of participation in relation to the subject of the contract and business conditions that will enable the submission of an offer to all suitable suppliers and process the subject of the contract in pursuant to § 42 of the Act on Public Procurement clearly, completely and impartially with the aim of procuring the subject of the contract, which will take into account the needs of the public contracting authority as much as possible. The subject of the future contract is the procurement of an MR device for LNsP Liptovský Mikuláš and MR devices for HNsP Trstená.
