• Description:
• The subject of the contract "MR devices for LNsP Liptovský Mikuláš and HNsP Trstená" is the purchase, delivery, installation of a new MR device and the provision of service services during the warranty period defined in the contractual conditions to two hospitals within the scope of the establishment of the public contracting authority, namely: to Liptovská hospital with polyclinic MUDr. Ivan Stodola Liptovský Mikuláš and the Hornooravská hospital with the Trstená polyclinic in accordance with the relevant standards and legal regulations in force in the Slovak Republic. The order is divided into 2 parts. The bidder can submit an offer for any one part or both parts of the subject of the contract. Names of individual parts: Part 1 of the contract: "MR device for LNsP Liptovský Mikuláš" Part 2 of the order: "MR device for HNsP Trstená" A more detailed definition of the subject of the contract s technical specifications are stated in section "B1 DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT", in separate annexes (technical specification of the MR device for LNsP Liptovský Mikuláš and for HNsP Trstená) and the draft contract terms, which are part of these tenders documents. The subject of part 1 of the contract "MR devices for LNsP Liptovský Mikuláš" is the purchase, delivery, installation of a new MR device and the provision of service services during the warranty period defined in the contractual conditions to the hospital under the establishment's jurisdiction of the public contracting authority, namely: to Liptovská hospital with polyclinic MUDr. Ivana Stodola Liptovský Mikuláš in accordance with the relevant standards and legal regulations valid in the Slovak Republic.
