The purpose of the preparatory market consultations is to address the economic operators dealing with the supply and service of MRI devices in order to inform the market about the upcoming contract and to get feedback from potential candidates, to determine the expected value in the upcoming public procurement contracts and objective parameters and requirements for the subject of the contract, which the contracting authority shall indicate in the description of the subject of the contract so that the principles of the public procurement are comply with the procurement stated in Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act").
