- MRI TRAINT: The subject of the order is the delivery and the installation of 1 piece of MRI device including the attachment and guaranteed service of 60 months. The delivery of the new, unusual and unrepresidening machines, including the subsequent specified specification specified in Annex no. 13 sustainable background The subject of the order must be the following services:- services associated with the delivery of goods, i. Ensuring transport to the place of performance, its discharge at the place of performance, unpacking and liquidation of packaging,- completion and installation of the device,- tightening of the functionality and operation of the supplied device,- documentation min. 3 employees with the operator of the supplied device, - handover of documents during the acceptance procedure - submission protocol, certificates of conformity for the whole device, all the necessary revision reports necessary for the right function of the facility and the appropriate legislation valid at this time for healthcare facilities, guaranteed letter, manual for operating in paper and electronic form in the offense language, invoice and delivery sheet of the device,- the final submission of the complete test of the device confirming the completeness of technical characteristics and the full functionality of the device for the presence of primary department. At the beginning of the handover procedure,- technologically project,- guaranteed min. 60 months and guaranteed service in the price of the subject of procurement.
