• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of new goods for the subject of the contract: "Municipal tractor (new)". The delivered goods must comply with European and Slovak technical standards and requirements for registration of tractors and additional equipment in the Slovak Republic for traffic on land roads and obtaining a permit for operation and insurance. For the delivery of the tractor, we require accompanying documentation - user manual, service book, service documentation, Certificate of registration part II. tractor carrier. Part of the subject of the contract is the training of the operator of the subject of the contract by the seller at the place of delivery, including the delivery of written documentation belonging to the subject of the contract (handover and acceptance protocol, operator training record, service book, operation and maintenance manual, warranty letter, certificates of registration part II. for carriers and other documentation resulting from Annex no. 3 of the contract required at the time of handing over the subject of this contract for registration in the certificate of registration - part II, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Act no. 106/2018 Coll. on the operation of vehicles in road traffic, as amended, and Act No. 8/2009 Coll. on road traffic as amended) on the day of delivery or on the date specified by the buyer. The written documentation will be prepared in Slovak language.
