• National application of the Social Insurance Company (EESSI Electronic exchange of social security data) Description: The subject of the contract is application support for the implementation of electronic exchange of social security data (EESSI) for end users in relevant institutions, the so-called National application of the Social Insurance Agency (hereinafter referred to as NASP). EESSI are obliged to introduce the statutes of the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation by 3 July 2019 on the basis of Article 4 paragraph 2 of Regulation (EC) No. 987/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16.9.2009, which establishes the procedure for implementing Regulation (EC) no. 883/2004 on coordination of social security systems. This obligation is enshrined for an indefinite period. Each participating relevant social security institution processes the National Application (hereinafter referred to as NA) with their own resources, in addition to the central bodies of the state administration, managing special social security systems for special categories of persons (e.g. soldiers, policemen,...), which, due to the low number of applications, they plan to use for access to EESSI NASP, because procedurally the procedures are identical. RINA (Reference Implementation of National Application) is a NA model developed and supported by the European Commission (EC), contains all EESSI(122) processes for member states (including all exchanged documents), who can use this solution free of charge as a whole or any part of it in the member state. NASP will use the management of proceedings and documents in RINA in its capacity according to the description of the subject of the contract, while the web portal in RINA will be replaced by its own solution with integration into existing parts of IS SP and reference registers, i.e. register of natural persons (RFO), register of legal persons (RPO) and register of addresses (RA).
