- The subject of the contract is to ensure transport, distribution, storage and gas supply to the offtake points of the contracting authorities, listed in the tender documents. Part of the subject of the contract is to take responsibility for the deviation for OM. The contracting authority assumes the conclusion of a framework agreement to 2 years with an option for the next 2 years. The subject of the Framework Agreement will be the associated gas supply at a combined price that will consist (inter alia) of the fixed component of the gas price (relating to 60 % of the expected annual supply volume) and the spot component (relating to 40 % expected annual volume).
