The goal of the construction is to improve the technical condition of the railway infrastructure and thereby reduce maintenance costs. The goal is to reconstruct the track section on the Nizna line Mysľa - Ruskov is ensuring the satisfactory technical condition of the section of the railway line. The implementation of the construction will eliminate the risks of the influence of the current outdated and worn railway track on the smoothness, safety of traffic and transport on the subject section tracks. The reconstruction is expected to reduce maintenance costs, improve the unsatisfactory condition of the railway bottom and top. In a significant way, the technical condition of bridge buildings, structures and equipment of the railway base will be improved. There will also be changes in the area security and reporting technology, which will contribute to the safety of railway transport in the section in question, but also to the improvement of the technical condition of the traction line. Last but not least, an important factor is the increase in comfort in the access of the traveling public to railway infrastructure in the form of newly established platforms that will meet safety parameters.
