Description: Liability Insurance of Nuclear Facility Operator for Nuclear Skoda (hereinafter referred to as nuclear liability insurance) for:

-Jaslovské Bohunice, 2 blocks of the V2 plant (hereinafter referred to as EBO),
-Mochovce, 3rd and 4th block currently under construction (hereinafter referred to as M3 & 4)
With the following range of insurance coverage:
For EBO and EMO1 & 2
Legal insurance of liability of the nuclear device operator for nuclear damage as a result of a nuclear event in its nuclear facilities, pursuant to Act no. 54/2015 Coll. on civil liability for nuclear damage and its financial coverage and services related to the liquidation of damage, within a legal limit of EUR 300 000 000 for each nuclear device.
