Description:
The subject of the prohibition is the purchase of a truck of category N3G with a drive that meets the conditions of Act no. 214/2021Z. Z. on the support of ecological road transport vehicles, according to the specification (Appendix No. 1 of the tender documents).
Requirements of the contracting authority:
The price of the subject of the contract will include transport costs for place of performance, including unloading and all costs related to performance of the subject of the order. The parameters listed in the technical specification of the subject of the contract are listed as a minimum standard for the requested goods. The subject of the order must be delivered in accordance with the relevant legislative regulations and valid ones technical standards.
