- "NZ03/2026 Service work on sewerage at BSK facilities" The subject of the order is the provision of service works on sewerage on objects owned by the Bratislava self-governing region and its contributory organizations. The public procurement officer conducted an inspection of individual BSK objects, on the basis of which the needs for ensuring service work on the sewage system were determined. The public contracting authority plans to perform on the basis of a framework contract for a period of two years, this contract will also cover sudden seasonal needs such as high school holidays. The work will also be carried out during operation and at several objects. The works will be carried out based on the instructions of the public contracting authority, in which he determines the place of future implementation, and the provider on the basis inspection and the specified scope of work will process a price offer and send it to the public contracting authority for approval. The public procurement entity will process the price offer in the form of an order for the provider in accordance with the terms of the framework contract, including the specified schedule for fulfillment, which will take into account the individual specifics of operation at BSK facilities.
