• Odpadove hospodarstvo_2026 Description: The subject of the contract is the management of mixed municipal waste and sorted municipal waste - collection, transport, manipulation, processing (recovery/disposal) of waste, rental of designated collection vessels/containers, transportation by vehicles capable of effectively ensuring waste management in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and other related activities as part of the waste management of the city of Moldava nad Bodvou, provided in accordance with Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, or in connection with equivalent legal standards in force in member countries according to the seat of the applicant (hereinafter referred to as the "waste law").
