Description:
1. The subject of the public procurement is a framework agreement for the supply of goods (for the sake of simplicity, the term "framework agreement" is also used interchangeably with the term "contract" for the purposes of tender documents).
The subject of the order is, based on the orders of the procurement organization, the supply of various oils and liquids for public transport vehicles and the operational needs of DPB, a.s. according to the conditions established by the Agreement.
2. A detailed definition of the subject of the contract, including technical specifications, is given in the subsection:
A.2 Criteria for evaluating bids and rules for their application (Appendix No. 4);
B.1 Business terms of delivery of the subject contracts (Appendix No. 1);
B.2 Description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 2 and 2a);
as an attachment to the tender documents.
Oils and liquids
The subject of the public procurement is a framework agreement for the supply of goods (for the sake of simplicity, the term "framework agreement" for the purposes of these tender documents is also used interchangeably with the term "order").
according to the conditions established by the Agreement.
Specific specifications of the individual required oils and liquids are listed in Annex no. 2a_Technical specification of the subject of the contract. The procuring organization requests to price all the items listed in the attachment in question.
Delivery time and place of delivery: within 5 working days from the day of the order at the place of fulfillment specified in the framework agreement / order within Bratislava
