Operation, service and development of the application solution and modules of the Mobile Application IDS BK We travel more simply Description: Company Bratislavska integrovana doprava, a.s., with registered office: Jankolova 6, 851 04 Bratislava, ID number: 35 949 473 (hereinafter referred to as "Public procurer") is interested in procuring a contract for the provision of services, the subject of which is "Operation, service and development of the application solution and modules of the Mobile Application IDS BK We Travel to Simplicity". Mobile application IDS BK We Travel to Simplicity (hereinafter referred to as "MA IDS BK" or also "Application") consists of three separate modules: - Core - central component (part of the backend) with relevant interfaces for communication with other components/modules and systems - Search engine is a computing module (part of the backend) which provides route search in public transport, communicates with the core, which represents the primary source of data - The mobile application is a native mobile application available for Android and iOS platforms in Slovak, English and German. User (final customer) uses only the mobile application module The public procurer within the framework of the contract "Development of the application solution and modules of the IDS BK Mobile application Traveling easier" requires the delivery of the following subject of the contract: The subject of the procurement is the provision operation of the Mobile Application IDS BK We travel more simply, for a period of 48 months, in the scope of: a) Operation Services, b) Service Services, c) Unanticipated Development Services in the scope of 2,500 hours d) Exit Plan Services, e) Anticipated Development Services in within the scope of Annex 1A (services depending on the redesign) of the description of the subject of the contract, f) Services of the anticipated development within the scope of Annex 1B (services independent of the redesign) of the description o...
