The subject of the contract is to ensure the performance of operational inspections of selected facilities in the Technology Objects of the Client pursuant to Act no. 541/2004 Coll. (Atomic Act) on peaceful use of nuclear energy and on amendments to certain acts, according to IPZK and PK and the performance of tanks checks withDangerous substances according to the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment no. 200/2018 Coll. In the following range:
1. Planned operational checks of selected equipment and tanks with dangerous substances
2. Unplanned Operating Controls of Selected Devices and Tanks with Hazardous Substances:
2.1 Unplanned unspecifiedOperating inspections of selected facilities, tanks with hazardous substances (NL) according to the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment no. 200/2018 Coll.The order is to ensure the performance of operating inspections of selected equipment in the Technology Objects of the Customer pursuant to Act no. 541/2004 Coll.
