• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the procurement of new motor vehicles of categories M1 and N1 in the form of operational leasing, including the provision of technical and assistance services. A motor vehicle that has not been used in operation is considered a new motor vehicle to other users, the month of manufacture is not older than six (6) months as of the day of the protocol handing over of the motor vehicle for operation to the contracting authority and at the same time the speedometer reading is not more than five hundred (500) kilometers driven (hereinafter also referred to as the "subject orders"). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in Chapter B.1 Description of the subject of the contract of the tender documents, in the annexes to the tender documents and in Chapter B.3 Business conditions of the tender documents. Operational leasing of company motor vehicles Subject of the order is the procurement of new motor vehicles of categories M1 and N1 in the form of operational leasing, including the provision of technical and assistance services. A new motor vehicle is considered a motor vehicle that has not been used in operation by others to the user, the month of manufacture is not older than six (6) months as of the day of the protocol handover of the motor vehicle into operation to the contracting authority, and at the same time the speedometer reading is not more than five hundred (500) kilometers driven (hereinafter also referred to as the "subject orders").
