Description:
The subject of the contract is the operational leasing (hereinafter referred to as OL) - the rental of passenger motor vehicles, within the scope of services providing regular, irregular service, insurance and all legal fees associated with the use of motor vehicles. Motor vehicles must be approved by Act no. 725/2004 Coll. on the conditions of operation of vehicles in road traffic and on amendments to certain acts. The subject of the contract is not the purchase of motor vehicles after the termination of OL, even after termination of the contractual relationship.
The subject of OL can only be new vehicles purchased within Slovak Republic. A new vehicle is considered to be a vehicle that has not been used in operation by other users, the year of production is not earlier than 5 months at the date of handing over the vehicle to the lessee and the data on the tachometer does not exceed 150 mileage.
The contracting authority reserves The right to order the subject of the contract based on a real need, that is, not to deprive the entire subject of the contract (order operatively and disturb the rental of vehicles according to its needs).
