Operational support services and maintenance of the information system of employment services Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of technical support services, operation and development of the information agenda system (ISSZ), ensuring error corrections and development according to requirements The customer. The purpose is to ensure the completion of tasks in the form of provided services aimed at problem-free use and development of the information system based on the Customer's requirements. Technical support for the operation and development of the ISSZ consists of two parts interrelated activities: 1) Operation, maintenance and support includes ensuring the guaranteed reliability and availability of the ISSZ, so that the required level of service availability is ensured and possible problems are quickly eliminated without a negative impact on processes of the Customer. 2) Further development includes further modernization and updating, which will be forced by future legislative changes, process changes or changes to the internal or external interfaces of the systems with which the information system is integrated or will integrate.
