• Ophthalmological devices for the project "Creation of new premises for the eye clinic of the Nitra Faculty Hospital" Description: 1. The subject of the order is the supply of new, non-refurbished and unused medical devices (hereinafter referred to as goods), including related services - deliveries to the place of destination, physical acceptance of the goods, professional installation, technical and accompanying documentation, handover of the goods to permanent operation, performance of a functional test, professional training of personnel and warranty authorized service in the length of 24 months, including preventive inspections and checks, which are stipulated by legal regulations and prescribed by the manufacturer for the offered goods. The delivered goods must comply with all valid legal regulations on the territory of the Slovak Republic. 2. Detailed technical specification is an integral part of the draft contract, which is part of the tender documents as Annex no. 5.3. The public procurer requires that the medical devices, equipment and equipment offered to applicants have a SUKL code assigned to them. The stated condition of the applicant certificate by specifying the code in Appendix no. 10 "Technical specification and price calculation", which is part of these tender documents.
