• Ophthalmological laser with slit lamp and accessories including related services Description: The subject of the order is: Ophthalmological laser with slit lamp and accessories including related services for the needs of II. Eye clinic SZU FNsP F.D. Roosevelt Banska Bystrica The scope of the contract includes related services: delivery of instrumentation to the designated location, installation, functional test, protocol acceptance and handover of instrumentation, handover of documentation, professional training of operators, full authorized service support for a period of at least 24 months, including mandatory preventive inspections and technical checks, which are stipulated by legal regulations and by the manufacturer for the offered device technology. The device technology must be new, unused, not overhauled with the minimum technical-medical and functional parameters specified by the public procurer. within the European Union and will comply valid international standards, STN, generally binding legal regulations and which has been assigned a valid SUKL code. The offered device technology must meet the defined technical specification. The public procurer enables, if in the specification of the subject of the contract, a summary of some of the listed parameters or a range of parameters identified by a specific manufacturer's product, the possibility to present an equivalent in the offer on the condition that such a device will meet the requirements for utility, operational and functional characteristics, which are necessary to ensure the purpose for which the device is intended. The burden of proving the identification of the product of a specific manufacturer and the fulfillment of the utility, operational and functional characteristics is on the part of the interested party.
