- The subject of the contract is the supply of ophthalmologists. The subject of the contract is divided into 4 separate comprehensive parts.
The applicant may submit one offer for one comprehensive part or one offer for multiple comprehensive parts or one offer for the entire subject of the contract (section 1 - No. 4). The contracting authorityIt reserves the right to select the applicant for each comprehensive part separately.
The applicant within a comprehensive part for which he submits an offer must fulfill the required specification defined within the individual comprehensive part.

Part no. 1: S01AAA27 cefuroxime forIntrakaameral administration
Required Packaging: 1 vial containing a corresponding 50mg of drug
The expected filling is 380 vials in registered drugs containing 50mg of drug during the contract period 2 years.
Part no. 2: s01ba01 dexamethasone for intravitreal administration
Required packaging: 1 implantWith a content of 700 mcg of drug
the expected filling is 28 implants containing 700 mcg of drug in registered medicines with the method of reimbursement "A" during the contract period of 2 years.
Section no. 3: S01La09 paricimab for intravitreal administration
Required Package: 1 injection syringe with a capacity of 0.24ml and content28.8 mg of the drug
The expected filling is 64 syringes containing 28.8 mg of the drug in registered medicines categorized with the method of reimbursement "A" during the contract 2 years.
