• The subject of the public procurement is the comprehensive provision of international transport of consignments for the public contracting authority, including the provision of services related to this transport according to the requirements of the public contracting authority. International shipping of parcels includes the transportation of various types of goods and materials, including diplomatic mail, representative goods, food, material and technical security and personal property of employees of the public contracting authority. International shipping will be carried out by road, air, ship transport, or by combined transport "door to door." The public procurement authority provided a detailed definition of the subject of public procurement in part B.1 "Description of the subject of public procurement" and in part B.2 "Commercial conditions for the fulfillment of the subject of public procurement" of the tender documents. Further information the public contracting authority in accordance with § 83 paragraph 7 of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws as amended (hereinafter also "Public Procurement Act") will indicate when the competition is reopened in the procedures for awarding specific orders.
