• The order is divided into 3 parts: - part 1. Passport of communications - part 2. Green passport - part 3. Passport of buildings Part 1. Passport of communications: The subject of the contract is the innovation and streamlining of the existing application solution Passport communications in the environment of the GISPLAN information system of the city of Košice, in the form of creating and delivering digital data of the transport infrastructure passport in such a way that they can be seamlessly imported into the GISPLAN solution of the city of Košice. The intention is to equip the city with quality and accurate data on the transport infrastructure. These data will form a basic overview of road infrastructure, technical parameters, its scope, equipment and deficiencies for further planning and development. Next, categorize land communications into individual ones functional groups and classes in accordance with the relevant law, decree and technical standards and ensure outputs, in graphic and tabular processing in the S-JTSK coordinate system and in digital data format. The obtained passport data will be an essential basis for setting up summer and winter maintenance, dealing with necessary interventions, etc. Mapping will take place in the scope of the following groups: 1. all roads and highways, 2. indoor units, 3. entrances to the blocks, 4. sidewalks along blocks and inner blocks, 5. Adjacent sidewalks to ground communication, 6.stairs, stairs, ramps for the immobile, 7. other elements. Part 2.
