• The order is divided into 3 parts: - Part 1. Passport of Communications - Part 2. Passport of Greenery - Part 3. Passport of Buildings Part 1. Passport of Communications: The subject of the order is the innovation and streamlining of the existing application solution Passport of Communications in the GISPLAN information system environment of the city of Košice, namely formou vytvorenia a dodania digitalnych dat pasportu dopravnej infraštruktury takym sposobom, aby ich bolo možne bezproblemovo importovať do riešenia GISPLAN mesta Košice. The intention is to equip the city with high-quality and accurate data on the transport infrastructure. These data will form a basic overview of road infrastructure, technical parameters, its scope, equipment and deficiencies for further planning and development. Furthermore, to categorize land communications into individual functional groups and classes in accordance with the relevant law, decree and technical standards and ensure outputs, in graphic and tabular form processing in the S-JTSK coordinate system and in digital data format. The obtained passport data will be an essential basis for setting up summer and winter maintenance, solving necessary interventions, etc. Mapping will be carried out in the scope of the following groups: 1. all roads and highways, 2. inner blocks, 3.entrances to the blocks, 4.sidewalks along the blocks and inside blocks, 5.sidewalks adjacent to the road, 6.stairs, stairs, ramps for the immobile, 7.other elements.
