The subject of the contract is the execution of a comprehensive periodic evaluation of the nuclear safety of the nuclear installation, which is operated by JAVYS, a.s., pursuant to Act no. 541/2004 Coll. on peaceful use of nuclear energy (atomic law) and on amendments to certain acts as amended Later regulations and Decree no. 33/2012 Coll. on regular, comprehensive and systematic assessment of nuclear safety, as amended.
