• The subject of the order is implemented as part of the project Personalization of services and support of the omnichannel communication model of the city of Trenčín, submitted as part of the call Personalization of public administration services and support of the omnichannel communication model, call code PSK-MIRRI-620-2024-DVI-EFRR. By implementing this order, the public contracting authority wants to comprehensively resolve citizen/entrepreneur communication with the city, ensure fulfillment of the 1x is enough principle, link registers and available databases and thereby reduce inputs citizens/entrepreneurs, optimize the number of electronic forms, take a proactive approach, which means offering your clients the services that are relevant at that time. The whole process will be supported by understandable and updated instructions and modern ones means of communication. The subject of the order is part of the complex solution of electronic services of the city of Trenčín, it is connected with the need to ensure integrations on the part of central registers or other IS (databases) already operated by the city, it does not create the insular solution, on the other hand, makes available and consolidates data from various sources to the maximum extent possible, facilitates citizen/entrepreneur communication with the city, and during its implementation will coordinate activities and provide cooperation in terms of the project schedule and detailed functional specification so that all time milestones for the successful implementation of the project are met.
