• Personalization of services of the city of Trenčin and support of the omnichannel communication model Description: The subject of the order is implemented within the framework of the project Personalization of services and support of the omnichannel communication model of the city of Trenčín, submitted as part of the call for Personalization of public administration services and support of the omnichannel model of communication, challenge code PSK-MIRRI-620-2024-DVI-EFRR. By implementing this order, the public contractor wants to comprehensively solve the communication of the citizen/entrepreneur with the city, to ensure that the principle of 1x is enough, to connect registers and available databases and thereby reduce the input of citizens/entrepreneurs, to optimize the number of electronic forms, to approach proactively, which means offering our clients the services and at that time that are relevant. The whole process will supported by understandable and updated instructions and modern means of communication. The subject of the order is part of a complex solution of the electronic services of the city of Trenčin, is connected with the need to ensure integration on the part of the central registers, or other IS (databases) already operated by the city, does not create an isolated solution, but on the contrary, makes available and consolidates data from various sources to the maximum extent possible, facilitates citizen/entrepreneur communication with the city, and will coordinate activities during its implementation and provide efficiency in terms of the project schedule and detailed functional specification so that all time milestones for the successful implementation of the project are met. automation of data referencing to the extent that is available in the IS CPDI, to modify the processes and subsequently the existing IS when dealing with individual life situations so that the clerk has the current data needed to solve the application without having to rewri...
