• "Ponitrian cycle highway II. stage 1. part (2nd section Nesvady - Martovce)" Description: The subject of the project is the construction of a cycling route in the section Nesvady Martovce, mainly by modifying the crown of the protective embankment. The building is adapted to the existing high-rise of used objects - the crown of the protective fence. In connection with the construction of the bicycle road, the translation of engineering networks is not considered, however, during the reconnaissance of the terrain, it was found that there are overhead and underground engineering lines on the construction site. Before the start of construction works, the investor must ensure that the network administrators set out and mark the protective zones, as well as secure a new opinion from the network administrators. The total length of the Nesvady Martovce route is 7,742 km. Created route with the reinforced (asphalt) surface for cycling will have a width of 3.0 m, widening the crown of the protective dam (request from the manager of the water management facility). The administrator of the affected structures of protective dams is the Slovak Vodohospodarsky podnik, state business. The developer will be the operator of the proposed cycle route. The construction will affect the inundation area of ​​the water course of Stara Nitra. Her protective line will also be affected. The contractor of construction works, if the manager of the water management facility requests it, he will have to develop a flood plan for the construction contractor's security works. The flood plan must be approved by the administrator of important streams (SVP s. p.). The flood plan was approved by the locally relevant district office for the building in question, the Komarno District Office.
