Description:
The purpose of the PMC is to comply with the principles of public procurement:
1.Preparing and informing the market and potential bidders about the planned public procurement for the above-mentioned contract;
2.Identification of the range of presumed suitable suppliers in the market;
3.Obtaining and evaluating feedback from potential bidders who participate in the pre-market consultation;
4.Confirmation of the availability of technical solutions meeting the quality requirements for the subject matter of the work;
5.Confirmation of the implementation solutions of the subject matter of the work under the valid license;
6.Identification and assessment of potential risks during the implementation of the different technical alternatives;
7.Verification of the realism, objectivity and reasonableness of the requirements for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract with relevant and experienced economic operators, so that the subsequent procurement promotes open competition;
8.Formulating commercial terms and conditions to allow all suitable suppliers to bid;
9.Identification of requirements that could hinder the submission of a tender;
