Description:
The public contracting authority The Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic is preparing a public procurement for the project "Automated system for detecting violations of road traffic rules".
The public contracting authority wants to contribute to higher trasparency of purchases, to support economic competition and to inform economic entities about planned public procurement. Implementation of preparatory market consultations in accordance with § 25 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Actbehavior") enables the public contracting authority to obtain an expert opinion, to identify what the market offers and what represents a possible alternative to the public contracting authority's ideas about the subject of the contract, to define suitable and relevant conditions for participation in relation to the subject of the contract and business conditionsienko, which will enable the submission of an offer to all suitable suppliers,
- process the subject of the contract in accordance with § 42 of the Act on Public Procurement clearly, completely and impartially,
- identify the appropriate public procurement procedure in connection with the subject of the contract.
