For part no. 1:
The subject of the contract is the preparation and import of all -day diet for Patients VUSCH, a.s., to the extent of the prescribed diets a more detailed specification of the subject of the contract is stated in the tender documents.
For section 2:
The subject of the contract is to ensure the meals of employees in the catering unit Customer by delivering the ordered lunch menu to the premises of the catering unit and its expenditure to the employees during working days. A more detailed specification of the subject of the contract is stated in the tender documents.
Diet for patients
The subject of the contract is the preparation and import of all -day diet for Patients VUSCH, a.s., in the extent of prescribed diets according to the Methodological Instruction of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 719/92-C (recommended dietary principles-dietary system adjustment), in accordance with the binding measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 1685/1998-A (provision of therapeutic nutrition of the patients-Journal of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, part 17-18), professional guidance no. 168/2006 (Organization of Clinical Nutrition - Journal of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, part 48-51), Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 533/2007 Coll. on details of the requirements for the establishment of joint catering, Act no. 152/1995 Coll. on food, as amended, by Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 553/2007 Coll.
