• Preparation of the Assessment Report (SoH) including related studies of the "D1 Bidovce Motorway - SK/UA state border" construction The subject of the order is the preparation of the Evaluation Report according to Act no. 24/2006 Coll. on environmental impact assessment and on change a addition of some laws as amended. The Assessment Report also includes related studies as its appendices and supplementary documentation - technical background, while their need arises not only from the relevant legislation but also from the scope of the assessment issued as part of the process of assessing the effects of the proposed activity "Diaľnice D1 Bidovce - Št. border SK/UA" on the environment. The technical background primarily includes the design of a new combined variant "G" and "I" (tunnel) without a significant negative impact on the territory of the Natura 2000 system and the assessed variant "G" in the sense of Information on the proposed activity or its change and the requirements of the assessment scope. At the same time, route adjustments will reflect on the results of identification of animal migration routes in the affected area. Like this modified route proposal, or its possible alternatives will be equally evaluated in the Evaluation Report.
