• Preparation of the Evaluation Report (SoH) including the related study of the construction "Diaľnica D1 Bidovce state border SK/UA" Description: The subject of the contract is the preparation of the Evaluation Report according to Act no. 24/2006 Coll. on environmental impact assessment and on change a addition of some laws in the wording of later regulations. The evaluation report also includes related studies as its appendices and additional technical background documentation, while their need arises not only from the relevant legislation but also from the scope of the evaluation issued in within the framework of the process of assessing the effects of the proposed activity "Diaľnice D1 Bidovce st. SK/UA border" on the environment. The technical background primarily includes the design of the new combined variant "G" and "I" (tunnel) without a significant negative impact on the territory Natura 2000 systems and evaluated variant "G" in terms of the Information on the proposed activity or its change and the requirements of the evaluation scope. At the same time, the adjustments to the route will reflect on the results of the identification of migration routes of animals in the affected area. Like this modified route proposal, or its possible alternatives will also be evaluated in the Evaluation Report. The evaluation report must be prepared on the basis of the determined scope of the evaluation in accordance with Annex no. 11 to Act No. 24/2006 Coll. on assessment of impacts on environment and on the amendment and addition of some laws, as amended by later regulations, to the variant based on the Information on the proposed activity or its change, as well as to the new variant determined in the Scope of the evaluation, which will be developed within technical background, which is part of the contract.
